A Secretaria Internacional solicita que o item seja especificado e sugere como alternativa as seguintes redações: 1) "business management" (class 35); 2) "advertising" or "displaying advertisements for others" (class 35); 3) "advisory, consultancy and information services relating to business auditing" (class 35)(Basic List & Limitation List for US); 4) "business advisory, consultancy and information services relating to enterprises" (class 35); 5) "advisory, consultancy and information services relating to business planning, analysis, management and business organization for companies" (class 35); 6) "business advisory, consultancy and information services relating to taxes and fees" (class 35) (a Secretaria Internacional observa que ?financial advice relating to tax" deve ser classificada na classe 36); 7) "advisory services relating for business management and the operation of a commercial company based on studies and opinions relating to macro and microeconomics" (class 35); 8) "conducting studies and opinion polling relating to macro and microeconomics, for the purpose of advisory for business management and the operation of a commercial company" (class 35); 9) "financial consultancy relating to consortium management" (class 36); 10) "providing financial transaction for services of payment of fees via an internet website portal" (class 36); 11) "financial consultancy relating to consortium management" (class 36). [2] A Secretaria Internacional considera, ainda, que o seguinte item está incorreto do ponto de vista linguístico: ?real state agency services?(class 36) e sugere a seguinte redação ?real estate agency services? (class 36). A irregularidade referente à indicação do termo deve ser respondida por intermédio do INPI, utilizando o serviço de código nº 3006.
