Detalhes do despacho: O pedido internacional foi objeto de notificação de irregularidade durante o exame de conformidade realizado pela Secretaria Internacional. [1] De acordo com a notificação, a especificação contém termos vagos para fins de classificação, a saber: issuance of tickets, vouchers or cards, for personal use or for use by third parties, with the purpose of providing access to health services for carrying out assessments, laboratory and clinical examinations, medical consultations and other health professionals, as well as various health treatments that go beyond diagnosis (NCL 36); advice, consultancy and information in the field of health and medicine; clinical analysis laboratory; advice, consultancy and information for the use of a ticket, voucher or card, either personally or by third parties, in order to provide access to health services for carrying out assessments, laboratory and clinical tests, consultations with doctors and with other health professionals, as well as various health treatments that go beyond diagnosis (NCL 44). Em substituição, a Secretaria Internacional sugere respectivamente: issuance of gift certificates in the form of tickets, vouchers or cards, for personal use or for use by third parties, with the purpose of providing access to health services for carrying out assessments, laboratory and clinical examinations, medical consultations and other health professionals, as well as various health treatments that go beyond diagnosis; advice, consultancy and information in the field of health care and medicine; medical laboratory services for clinical analysis; medical advice, consultancy and information for the use of a ticket, voucher or card, either personally or by third parties, in order to provide access to health services for carrying out assessments, laboratory and clinical tests, consultations with doctors and with other health professionals, as well as various health treatments that go beyond diagnosis. A presente notificação deverá ser respondida ao INPI por meio do serviço nº 3006; observe que a petição deverá ser preenchida no mesmo idioma escolhido no Formulário MM2, ou seja, inglês ou espanhol. Na ausência de resposta, a Secretaria Internacional manterá os termos originais na especificação do pedido internacional, mas incluirá uma indicação de que, em sua opinião, são muito vagos para fins de classificação.
